• Payment and insurance information: we issue receipts that you can submit to your extended (supplementary) health insurance on request

The clinic does not use any third-party online booking software. All appointments are arranged by contacting the clinic directly by phone or email.

Treatment records are kept by Anh Tue personally and are stored in Canada.

Records are retained for a period of six (6) years, in keeping with acupuncture practice regulations in Quebec. After this period, records are securely destroyed.

We apply reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or use.

Treatment records are kept and secured by Anh Tue personally and are not handed over to any third party for management.

Under PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw consent to the collection and use of your information
• Make a complaint about how we handle your information

We will respond to your request within 30 days.

This website exists solely to present the clinic's content. It does not set tracking cookies, does not use any analytics tools, and does not collect personal information from visitors.

The Contact section embeds a Google Map. When the map loads, Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Quebec's Law 25 requires the clinic to designate a person responsible for the protection of personal information.

At Anh Tue Acupuncture Clinic, the person responsible for the protection of personal information is Anh Tue.
